Russia downgrades ties with Qatar after attack on Russian diplomats

Looks like Britain and Iran are not the only countries engaged in a diplomatic dispute.
The Russian foreign ministry announced a decision to downgrade relations with Qatar after the Russian ambassador to Qatar was mistreated by airport security in Doha.
